Billy Zane, famous for playing that smiley, kind of creepy dude in almost every movie, but especially in the Titanic, will be in Zoolander 2. Ben Stiller announced the news over Instagram.
In the Instagram vid, Stiller pans to a sitting man in a blonde wig, who finally reveals himself to be Billy Zane dressed as Hansel. Could that be a hint about his forthcoming role? Too early to tell, considering the little that we know about the movie so far.
But no one should forget that Zane was briefly in the original Zoolander movie as himself — he played a wise bystander who tries to warns Zoolander against engaging with Hansel in a walk-off. Zoolander, of course, doesn't listen and dramatically shushes him, but Zane's brief cameo also gave us one of Hansel's best, most antagonistic lines: "Listen to your friend, Billy Zane. He's a cool guy."
