According to CNN, anyone can buy a .porn or .sucks website starting on the first of June, so big names are trying to buy them as soon as possible as an offensive measure to protect their brands and prevent the domains from being bought and used by someone else. Swift is using "domain squatting" to preemptively buy the sites before June by registering the domain with the "intent of making money off someone with a brand to protect."
