Mixed feelings are to be had about the upcoming Rush Hour CBS TV series based on the buddy cop franchise of the same name, starring your favorite odd couple, Jackie Chan as the quiet and stern Detective Lee and Chris Tucker as the rambunctious cartoon character LAPD officer Carter. We took a stab at guessing who CBS would choose to fill the shoes of these beloved characters, but we were dead wrong. No surprise there. Jon Foo, best known for his work in 2010's Tekken, has been selected for the role of Detective Lee. Fans will feel comforted by the fact that Foo is a trained martial artist, who is no stranger to stunt work, so there should be plenty of crazy Jackie Chan-like stunts to satiate Rush Hour diehards.
