The future of E!'s Fashion Police has been uncertain for months. Fans of the show were dealt a huge blow when host Joan Rivers died unexpectedly in September. The network brought on Kathy Griffin to replace her, but the brash comedienne has already left after only seven episodes. Longtime co-host Kelly Osbourne quit in February after her fellow um, officer Giuliana Rancic made racially charged comments about her friend Zendaya's hair. Basically, it's been a shit show without Joan.

E! has now announced the show will be on hiatus until September—probably a good move, since it's only go Ranci and co-host Brad Goreski left. Here's the full statement from NBCUniversal:

E!’s comedy series Fashion Police is going on hiatus and will return in September.  We look forward to taking this opportunity to refresh the show before the next awards season.  Our talented co-hosts Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski, along with Executive Producer Melissa Rivers, will continue their roles as we evolve the show into its next chapter for the legions of Fashion Police fans around the world.
