A South Carolina woman was arrested for pulling a gun on her boyfriend who balked at the idea of sex with her.
The Smoking Gun reports that Michelle Smart, 30, floated the idea of sex to 33-year-old Ryan Rucker at their Spartanburg home early Sunday morning. When Rucker pushed her away, the two began to argue, culminating in Smart threatening to shoot him. Smart almost made good on her promise, reportedly brandishing a Ruger.
Spartanburg County police say Smart claimed that Rucker punched and kicked her several times, but noted that she kept changing her story. This proved to be a fatal blow to her credibility. Authorities eventually determined that she was the aggressor, and arrested her for domestic violence, thus thoroughly ruining what was supposed to be a romantic weekend.
