Last night Sigourney Weaver appeared on The Tonight Show, giving Jimmy Fallon a prime opportunity to ask about the new Alien movie. Weaver wouldn't confirm anything—her appearance was likely filmed before director Neill Blomkamp's announcement—but she was able to share Louis C.K.'s desires for the film.
When C.K. heard about the movie's prospects he told Weaver, "I want to be in it, and I want to die in a terrible way." Weaver assured him something could probably be arranged, which is the best casting rumor Alien could get. The struggle for the writers will be trying to top this terrible death from the "Bummer/Blueberries" episode of Louie:
