Unlike most teasers this 30-second spot for Mad Men's final half-season is packed with important information. Judging by the wardrobe (especially Megan Draper's) and soundtrack from Diana Ross, Mad Men is going headfirst into the 70s. It may even mark a significant leap from where we left off, the summer of 1969.
Matthew Weiner is a known stickler for historical accuracy, so every detail is important The song chosen for the teaser is Ross' "Love Hangover," which was released in 1976. We'll find out if that's where the show is taking off from on its April 10 premiere.
