A movie that you haven't heard of yet is already the biggest hit of whatever year it ends up coming out in -- if these deals go through. Degenerate gambler Chris Pratt and professional snake charmer Jennifer Lawrence have been offered the starring roles in the sci-fi epic Passengers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
It was only a matter of time before arguably the two biggest stars in Hollywood did a movie together, and, if it doesn't somehow rip a hole in the very fabric of the universe, it will probably be a massive hit. Seriously though, if there was a letter that came before A, that's the list these two would be on.
The Imitation Game director Morten Tyldum is likely going to direct the movie, which is about a guy who wakes up early from a cryogenic sleep where he's all alone on a spacecraft making a 100-year journey, until he decides to wake up a female passenger for obviously thirsty reasons.
Lawrence has the final Hunger Games movie coming out this year, along with another David O. Russell movie titled Joy, which comes out on Christmas. Then there's X-Men: Apocalypse in May of 2016.
Pratt has Jurassic World coming out this summer, the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy sequel and is rumored to be the next Indiana Jones.
