A Florida man insists that he only fondled a woman last week because he was trying to show how to properly dress in the frigid Florida weather.
The New York Daily News reports that 59-year-old Carnell Davis accosted the victim in Bradenton, Fla. on Friday night. When she pushed him away and ordered him to keep his distance, he allegedly grabbed her buttocks as she walked away. His justification was weak, to say the least:
Davis then uttered that he was just trying to teach her how to dress in the cold weather.
Davis, who was arrested shortly after, faces charges for battery.
