A woman in Florida (of course) was arrested for masturbating in a residential area, among other things.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, police in Orlando were summoned on Sunday night following a call about a naked woman strolling through traffic. They arrived to find 31-year-old Amie Carter sans her clothes, and clearly intoxicated. The situation went up to another level of inappropriate when she started pleasuring herself in front of an appalled couple, then mounted their vehicle and began stomping on it.
Carter, who police said was clearly under the influence of something, resisted arrest. She was eventually covered with a blanket, taken into custody, and charged with exposure of sexual organs and criminal mischief.
