Authorities in California say a 17-year-old boy killed himself while playing Russian Roulette earlier this morning.
According to the Associated Press, deputies with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a gunshot being fired at an apartment between Los Angeles and Carson, Calif. When they arrived, they found the teen with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead after being rushed to the hospital.
The Associated Press adds that the unidentified teen with his older brother and the man's wife at the time. Two other teens who were in the bedroom at the time of the incident reportedly tried to convince him not play the game, but to no avail.
Police do not anticipate that charges will be filed related to the teen's death.
