No matter how famous you are, everybody bows down at the throne of Beyonce & Jay-Z.
At the 2013 NBA All-Star weekend, Kevin Hart was hosting a party in Houston when he heard that the First Couple was in the house. He went to pay his respects, but things went very badly, very quickly; the comedian spilled an entire pitcher of pineapple juice all over both Jay and Bey.
Like any other human being, Hart was positively horrified. His solution? He handed Jay a $20 bill (as if Jay needed it), then straight up left the club.
Honestly? Kind of the perfect reaction. $20 may not have dried Jay’s pants or cleaned off Beyonce’s leg, but at least it was a nice gesture.
