Jay Leno interviewed Bill Cosby dozens of times during his tenure as host of The Tonight Show and at least in that superficial on-camera atmosphere, the two seemed to have a good relationship.

That didn't stop Leno from letting the world know exactly how he feels about the massive number of women who've now accused Cosby of rape.

"I don’t know why it’s so hard to believe women. You to go Saudi Arabia and you need two women to testify against a man. Here you need 25," Leno said on stage at the National Association of Television Program Executives conference in Miami.

Actually, it's now 35 women who've accused Cosby. As Larry Wilmore pointed out on last night's The Nightly Show, that's every U. S. president from Washington to Kennedy (and Cleveland twice).

Leno also praised the power of stand-up and comedian Hannibal Buress for his "unfiltered" and "flat-out statement that reverberated around the world," referring to when Buress called Cosby a rapist on stage, igniting the long-ignored scandal.
