Embattled comedian Bill Cosby took the stage for the first time since November tonight in Canada. Let's just say the number of reporters there was high definitely way higher than normal for Thursday night stand-up comedy show by an elderly former TV star

So when Cosby, who has been accused of drugging and raping more than two dozen women via pills and spiked drinks, made a joke about drinking around him, that small army of reporters exploded via Twitter.

There were plenty of others, and some described the woman as a "heckler" at first, but this sounds like a better explanation for what was going on from a National Post reporter:

OK, but even if she wasn't a heckler, WTF ...

Cosby apparently got a standing ovation at the end of the show, but it wasn't all smooth as a pudding pop. At least one legitimate heckler got thrown out.

And there were protesters handing out anti-Cosby papers and shouting at people as they entered the show.
