A former girlfriend of Sammy Davis Jr. has become the latest woman to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, saying that he raped her in a Detroit hotel room in the 1970s.

65-year-old Katherine McKee—who used to hang with the Rat Pack during their heyday—said that Cosby asked her to pick up some ribs for him one day from a local restaurant, and when she delivered them he grabbed her and raped her. “It was so fast and so shocking and so unbelievable,” she said.

This latest accusation comes as Cosby’s lawyer Marty Singer issued a sternly worded letter to CNN, which included the following gems:

  • “We continue to be shocked by CNN’s outrageous ongoing refusal to investigate and run balanced stories about my client.”

  • “CNN has engaged in reckless and malicious conduct.”

  • “CNN disregards or attacks sources with anything positive to say about my client.”

  • “CNN has abandoned journalistic rigor on this story.”

  • “Govern yourselves accordingly.”
