High-profile attorney Gloria Allred has, somewhat predictably, rallied to the aid of Bill Cosby’s numerous accusers, and held a press conference this afternoon detailing what she wants from the disgraced comedian: either $100 million for an informal hearing where the women can prove what he allegedly did to them, or head to court and duke it out the old fashioned way.
Each of the three women at the press conference went into detail about Cosby’s alleged attacks, and all three had a similar story. The comedian would allegedly give them a drink, slip them something, then attack as they were losing consciousness.
Allred stated that her goal was to “obtain justice” for these women, and for the public to hear out in the open whether Cosby “is a saint, or a sexual predator.”
This announcement comes on the heels of yet another lawsuit being filed against Cosby, this time by a woman who says he assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was just 15 years old.
