The best coming-of-age story ever made released digitally today and is set to hit DVD and Blu-ray next month. To promote the release IFC has released this excellent behind-the-scenes video from the 12 years it took to make the film.
When people laud Richard Linklater's darling they talk about the revolutionary process as much as the film itself, so we can't help but jump at the opportunity to see the work that went into Boyhood. We've heard Linklater and the actors talk about the film recently, but in this 10-minute clip allows us to get their thoughts from when they were still on the ride.
And now we're going to have to watch the film again.
