Camille Cosby has issued a statement in support of her husband Bill in the wake of the myriad sexual assault allegations leveled at him, and it’s about as painful as you’d imagine. Tossing the word “victim” around and comparing coverage to the UVA rape case is probably not wise:

Even Bill’s defense of himself was less pointed and opinionated, and calling someone accused by so many a “victim” is not going to compel anyone to his side.
