While the statute of limitations has passed on basically all of the Bill Cosby sexual assault allegations, one of the accusers may have just found a way to get him in court.

Tamara Green—who publicly accused Cosby on the Today Show in 2005—is suing Cosby for defamation in a Massachusetts court., According to TMZ, in her suit Green claims that “repeated denials from Cosby's publicist have branded her a liar. As a result, Green says she's been ridiculed in her private life and professionally.”

Green is a retired lawyer, so she’s no stranger to the laws involved in a case like this one. Indeed, many of Cosby’s denials have come recently, so there’s a halfway decent chance this case could end up in court.
