In today's bizarre lawsuits that actually might win, Halle Berry is suing Gabriel Aubry, the father of her daughter Nahla. The reason? According to TMZ, Berry is accusing Aubry of straightening and coloring Nahla's hair in order to her make her look less black. The grounds for the lawsuit are that Berry thinks that dyeing her daughter's hair blonde could lead to "potential psychological and physical damage" for the 6-year-old.
While this sounds ridiculous, TMZ is also reporting that a California judge had ruled that neither parent could change Nahla's look at all. So, Berry might actually have a case here, even without taking into account the potential psychological damage to the girl. There has been no comment from Aubry or his camp on the suit, but we're sure this isn't the end of this story.
