This could be good, or it could be terrible, you just never know how it's going to go when Hollywood decides it's going to take something that was great and try to eke a little more mileage out of it.

CBS has ordered a pilot for a TV series based on Limitlessthe 2011 thriller starring Bradley Cooper as a guy who gets hooked on the miracle drug NZT, which allows him to access 100 percent of his brain power, making him super-focused and better in every way.

The movie wasn't really left open for a sequel (although I'm sure they could think of something), but this could be a good way to bring back the idea, which is kind of the ultimate fantasy (especially if you're the type who'd prefer to lay in bed watching Netflix instead of, you know, doing important stuff aka everyone).

Cooper, who executive produced the movie, will also co-executive produce the series, which will follow Brian Sinclair, the same character Cooper played in the film.

Now if scientists can please start working on the real NZT...
