Last night, Lena Dunham appeared on The Daily Show to promote her book and to discuss what life is like for one of the most-discussed young entertainers around.
While you wouldn’t expect someone who is all of 28 years old to have a lot of insight on life, Dunham’s work both on Girls and in the book has been widely praised. As you might expect, she also receives more hate and online bullying than pretty much any other popular performer, but she handles it all in stride.
“If I have to take the bad with the good,” Dunham told Jon Stewart, “my motto would be that I try to react with class and a little sass.”
So wise.
