Somewhere in Eastern Europe, there is a woman who really, really hates littering. Rather than allowing the authorities to dole out the justice, however, she takes matters into her own hands and serves out punishments befitting of the crime.
She’s an amalgamation of Batman and Captain Planet, with just a hint of Mad Max mixed in. The reactions of her “victims” are really the best part, just complete and utter shock.
But hey, if it keeps them from littering again, the end justifies the means.
