You’d be forgiven if you did not know that Lena Dunham was a huge Archie Comics fan. Like, “going to conventions” huge. Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she revealed that she is, in fact, going to get to live out a dream and actually write a series of episodes for the series.
Dunham promised a “feminist update,” throwing some shade at the ginger population by pointing out the absurdity of having “two really hot, intelligent women fighting over a red head.” She said that the plot will revolve around reality TV coming to Riverdale, but offered nothing further.
How much gratuitous nudity will be involved? Some, a lot, or tons? Knowing Dunham, anything is probably in play.
