Everyone is going in on the NFL these days, so it was not a huge shock when John Oliver took a turn yesterday on Last Week Tonight to skewer commissioner Roger Goodell’s charade of a press conference from Friday afternoon.
While it’s only a short segment, sadly, Oliver really says the only thing that needs to be when it comes to Goodell’s public perception: “You know that things are not going well when you lose the moral high ground to a TMZ reporter.”
