A 13-year old criminal mastermind decided to steal a cell phone from Clara Vondrich, a 36-year-old who was standing outside of a coffee shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Unfortunately for the teen thief, he was out of shape and Vondrich caught up to him and put him in a bear hug, WWE style, until police arrived.
The teen reportedly handed the phone off to a friend during the pursuit, but for Vondrich, the satisfaction of catching the "pudgy" (her words) robber must have been worth it. This could be a warning to all future Williamsburg thieves: that woman you're targeting for a mugging probably does enough yoga and SoulCycle to run for days. You've been warned.
