Steve-O basically snitched on himself this week, posting this video revealing he was the one who burned SeaWorld by altering a California highway sign to read "SeaWorld sucks."
The problem is that the Jackass star, who has been raising #SeaWorldSucks awareness since Blackfish came out and made everyone realize that a 22,000-pound orca might not want to live in a swimming pool, might face criminal charges.
TMZ reports that the California Highway Patrol has been investigating the incident on the 5 Freeway, and prosecutors are preparing to charge Steve-O with a crime.
I wouldn't worry too much about Steve-O though. Jail can't be that much scarier than a jellyfish hat.
