In a weird way, it’s comforting to know that even A-List actors had to go through the job interview process at some point. And, unlike pretty much any other job interview, the entire thing is recorded.
Now, you can watch as huge names like Brad Pitt, Scarlett Johansson, and Tom Cruise audition for roles in some very well-known movies. While some did land the roles they tried out for, it’s actually more interesting to watch them read for the parts they didn’t get.
And in the casting people’s defense, with a lot of them we can totally see why. I mean, come on Brad Pitt. That hurt to watch.
Also, you’ll definitely want to stay for Cruise’s Risky Business audition. It may be the Tom Cruise-iest thing we have ever seen.
