Authorities in London say a British teen has admitted to fatally stabbing his teacher in a classroom.
The Associated Press reports that the 16-year-old confessed to killing Ann Maguire, 61, at Corpus Christi Catholic College in Leeds, England in April. According to his attorney, Richard Wright, the teenager "accepted responsibility" for Maguire's murder, but did not enter a plea. The court will now compile psychiatric reports in preparation for the beginning of the trial in November.
Lastly, the Associated Press notes that Maguire taught at the school for 40 years and was looking to retire.
