We have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is that Sony has set a date for The Sinister Six movie spin-off: Nov.11,2016. The bad news is Sony subsequently pushed back The Amazing Spider-Man 3 to 2018, instead of June 10, 2016.
For those of you who don’t know, which face it, is a lot of us (It’s hard to keep up with all of these superhero worlds!) the villainous clan is made up of Electro, Doc Octopus, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Vulture, and Sandman, in the comic book world.
No word yet on whether or not those six will be in the film version. Fans got to see Electro, played by Jamie Foxx, in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Villains speculated to appear in Sinister Six include Green Goblin, played by Dane DeHaan in TASM2, and the Rhino, played by Paul Giamatti, who was introduced at the end of the film.
