The sequel to James Merendino's SLC Punk! may be titled Punk’s Dead, but it’s clear it’s as dead as Heroine Bob, (one of the characters who died in the first movie), who seems pretty alive.

You read right — Heroine Bob is back from the dead as seen in the new trailer for the SLC sequel Punk’s Dead: SLC Punk 2.

Originally starring in the film was Matthew Lillard, a.k.a. "Shaggy" in the live-action Scooby Doo, with co-stars Devon Sawa, Adam Pascal, James Duval, and Michael Goorjian, who will reprise their roles.

New to the crew is Ben Schnetzer, as Ross, Heroine Bob’s son. Also new is Machine Gun Kelly as “Crash.”

Director James Merendino described the trailer: “In this teaser, you will get a glimpse at familiar faces and I briefly introduce Bob's son, Ross. I am not revealing all of the characters or even much of the story. There's more, much more. Enjoy.”

The film will be released in November of this year.
