Those soccer players — so overconfident.
Though Matador, El Rey's new show, derives most of its thrills from main protagonist Tony Bravo's (Gabriel Luna) double-life as a skilled CIA operative/rising soccer star for the L.A. Riot, there's still time for a little sex and intrigue. And as you can see in this exclusive clip, there will be plenty of the latter in episode 2 (airing on July 22).
Things get pretty steamy as sports journo Reyna Flores (Eve Torres) quizzes the Riot's star striker Alec Holester (Tanc Sade) about another player in the team locker room. And when she suggests that Alec might be threatened, well, let's just say he gets a little cocky.
