Gore-master moviemaker Eli Roth knows a thing or two about making gruesome, bloody, gruesomeness, but this special effects short to promote Hemlock Grove might be teasing the best werewolf transformation scene ever.
I will say flat out that this transformation looks better than anything from An American Werewolf in London, Underworld, Twilight, or the video for "Thriller." I won't say it's better than Teen Wolf (because that movie holds a special place in my heart), but damn it might come close.
The Netflix original horror series, which is executive produced by Roth, premiered its second season on the streaming site today.
