Game of Thrones is best known for two things: killing and drinking. When characters aren't being slaughtered in grisly new ways, they're usually drowning themselves in wine, so much so that the show has inspired its own brand of wines.

The line, Wines of Westeros, was created by an Australian agency called Common Ventures. There are 12 different Australian wines featured in the line for each of the major houses or groups in both the book and TV series.

According to Jane Burhop of Common Ventures, the red and white wines range from sauvignon blancs, for House Stark, to shiraz for the Night's Watch and House Targaryen.

“The reds are all associated with the houses that are headstrong and robust. The whites, on the other hand, are more cunning, perceptive and mysterious,” said Burhop.

A bottle of the wine will cost about £11 ($20) and will be available before the show returns for its fifth season next year. Winter is coming so here's fans' chance to stay warm.
