Blog Genre: Fitness Radicalism

If religion and politics are the most contentious issues in society, fitness and diet have to be in a neck-and-neck race for third. It seems that as soon as people begin a new fitness game plan it is time to start evangelizing. It's not enough that you are seeing results from only eating lettuce wrapped burgers and throwing tires around a junk yard, you have to try to get everyone else has to do it too. If someone else posts a list advocating another workout or diet, the responsibility is yours to poke as many holes as possible in their preferred regimen. If you don't, then it might mean that there are actually other ways to get the body you want besides throwing oil drums at each other while balancing on a medicine ball. If that's true, then you might feel foolish, and we wouldn't want that now would we?
