Despite heavy rains and extensive flooding throughout Recife, USA and Germany will meet today in their all-important final Group Stage match at the FIFA World Cup. One USA superfan seems undeterred by the weather, and is ready to do pretty much anything to make sure his team gets a win:
Will Ferrell.
Last night at a fan rally put on by US Soccer, the comedian and loyal supporter made an appearance to help incite some of the estimated 20,000-plus Americans in town to cheer on the USA this afternoon. Ferrell did not disappoint, vowing to channel his inner Luis Suarez and “bite every German player if I have to.”
