She was not cool with the unexpected addition to her order.

A Maryland woman who was gifted with weed in addition to her meal at Sonic was not happy. At all.

According to the Associated Press, Carla McFarland of Frederick, Md. claims a plastic baggie containing marijuana (that she did not request) accompanied the French fries she ordered from the drive-in restaurant on Wednesday. Livid, as her children, ages six and eight, had easy access to the bag, she informed a manager and called the authorities.

"I just kind of sat there in my car in shock," she told the Frederick News-Post. "I kept thinking, what if my kids had eaten it?"

McFarland was told that the employee, who claimed that the weed must've dropped from her apron, was fired. This was not enough to appease her, who grew even more irate when friends laughed about the situation after she made a Facebook post about it. "I think that's why everyone thinks it's so funny, because it's marijuana and it's going to be legalized," she said.

Let a pothead tell it, this is the only case where the phrase "turn down for what?" isn't remarkably annoying. Carla McFarland isn't trying to hear that, though.
