A man reportedly collapsed and died outside of a Cleveland courtroom yesterday after being sentenced to jail time for trying to kiss a 14-year-old girl, officials say.
The Associated Press reports that Miguel Aybar, 51, "slumped to the floor in the hallway outside the courtroom" after exiting it. Aybar was had just been sentenced to 60 days in jail after being convicted of unlawful restraint for for restraining the girl and "kissing her in the mouth with his tongue."
An autopsy will be conducted by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office to determine an official cause of death.
