Due to the enormous amount of work interns have to do, it's inevitable that they'll need their phones for some fun every now and then. Yet, what you don't want to do is destroy your company's productivity while you do it. Like this kid, who unplugged a main server to plug in his phone.

In case you're ever wondering what exactly you have to say for a CEO to retire, just ask this kid. He ran such a guilt trip on the chief that he willingly left without a second thought. Bravo, intern, bravo.

When you're clicking things on a computer, make sure you know what you're doing. Especially when a single wrong click can bring down a country's banking system.

It should probably be a general rule of thumb that you shouldn't steal from the company you're interning for. Especially when that company is Microsoft. Moral of the story: you will get caught.

A content based website can't thrive unless it's constantly producing new material. This intern didn't quite grasp that concept as he essentially disabled content production for The Post for five hours.

We all know that writing code is hard unless you've been trained. So, when an intern deletes 80,000 lines of code with a single click you might lose it. Totally understandable.

When your name alone starts giving a company problems, that's usually a red flag. This intern managed to stir up trouble without doing a single thing.

Know your audience if you're telling a joke. 

There are a lot of things that can go wrong during your internship. And many times, the employer will let it go due to your lack of experience. But nearly burning down the office is not one of those things.

Out of the things interns can do wrong, you probably wouldn't think they would try to sell secrets to the Chinese. However, this kid did and got caught in the process. The best part? He only wanted $50,000 for the information. Epic fail.
