Sad Batman is the Saddest Meme Since Sad Vacation Kanye

When Zack Snyder coyly revealed a glimpse of both the new Batsuit as well as the new Batmobile, the Internet reacted...predictably.

Batman vs. Superman is slated for a 2016 release and ever since it was revealed that Ben Affleck would be playing the Dark Knight, fans have been skeptical of the decision. Keep in mind that Affleck is the face of both Gigli and the cinematic superfund cite, Daredevil.

Zack Snyder being attached to the film isn't helping the creeping suspicion that this is going to be the 21st century equivalent to Joel Schumacher's Batman and Robin.

One thing that Snyder did manage to nail was Batman = sad.

The internet caught on as well. Behold: Sad Batman. Sadder than Sad Keanau, but not quite as sad as Sad Kanye.
