Global warming (or climate change, if you prefer) is a very hot topic these days. Pun intended.
While an overwhelming majority of us will at least acknowledge that it is both real and an imminent threat, there are some who continue to deny its existence. One such “denier,” apparently, is longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak.
Sajak has taken to Twitter of late to express his outrage over global warming, and the media’s portrayal of it. Things have really escalated quickly:
Very hot weather: "We're all going to die!" Very cold weather: "There's a difference between climate & weather, moron!"
Help...climate changing...must send money to lots of places...a lot of money...hurry...time is short...not kidding...
Even though I told him it was settled folklore, my young nephew remains a Tooth Fairy denier. (Those kids today!)
…and he finally outdid himself with this gem last night:
I now believe global warming alarmists are unpatriotic racists knowingly misleading for their own ends. Good night.

Ah, Twitter. It’s amazing how someone can completely embarrass themselves all in just 140 characters or fewer.
Sadly, Vanna White does not have Twitter, so we have no way of getting her own thoughts on this or any other political issue. Hopefully, she has learned from Pat and will keep any outrageous beliefs to herself.
