According to The Hollywood Reporter, Comedy Central has found its successor to The Colbert Report. The site just broke the news that the network has pegged Larry Wilmore as the host of a new show titled The Minority Report. Now that Colbert is set to replace David Letterman on The Late Show, Wilmore will move into the 11:30 p.m. timeslot on Comedy Central in January.

Wilmore is best known as the “Senior Black Correspondent” on The Daily Show, and with a title like The Minority Report, you can expect the show to tackle racial issues with the network’s trademark satirical style. Wilmore has a lot to live up to by being the heir to Colbert, but the network can seemingly do no wrong when it comes to talk shows, so The Minority Report is definitely something to look forward to.
