After already removing himself from the promotion of his upcoming film X-Men: Day of Future Past, director Bryan Singer was hit with more bad news on Sunday: he’s being sued by another person for sexual abuse.

The suit is being brought on behalf of an anonymous British man, who claims that Singer and Gary Goddard sexually harassed him and subjected him to “gender violence” when he was a minor. The suit gets into pretty graphic detail, and if that’s of interest you are of course welcome to check out the details here.

Much like with the other suit against him, Singer is vehemently denying all of the allegations. His lawyer told the Daily Beast that:

“Herman [the opposing attorney]’s desperation has led him to fabricate these new anonymous accusations against Mr. Singer, which we will also prove to be completely false.

Whether the allegations turn out to be true or not, Singer’s name continues to be associated with some of the worst crimes imaginable. Whether the director chooses to shrink even further out of the public spotlight remains to be seen, but he could hardly be blamed at this stage.
