A rumor today from Star Wars fan site Jedi News suggests that Adam Driver will be playing the role of Han Solo and Leia’s son in Star Wars: Episode VII. The character, it appears, would at the very least find himself tempted by the promise of power that comes from the dark side of the force.
While it will likely be a long time until any such rumor can be confirmed, on the surface it does make some sense given Driver’s skillset as an actor. Brooding, tormented, angsty, prone to fits of rage…these are all descriptions we could use to describe his performance on Girls, could we not?
