Officials say an Irish teenager remains in a coma after suffering a heart attack because another youth squeezed his testicles with reckless force during a prank gone wrong.
According to the Irish Mirror, the 17-year-old victim from Artane, Dublin was returning to St. David's CBS from lunch with friends when another boy violently tugged on his scrotum. Following the impromptu "prank," another student and a teacher gave the teen CPR until emergency responders arrived and transported him to the hospital.
He was taken to the intensive care unit, where he was listed as being in stable condition as of Friday night.
Though witnesses say incident was completely accidental, police are still investigating.
