We're still in mourning of the loss of one of our generation's greatest actors, Philip Seymour Hoffman, but in just a few days we've received glimpses of a few of his final projects. Friday we got the trailer for A Most Wanted Man and today we get a look at God's Pocket.
God's Pocket is not only one of Hoffman's last performances, it's also John Slattery of Mad Men's directorial debut. The film (which borrows its source material from Pete Dexter's novel of the same name) centers around Hoffman's character, Mickey, and the trouble he finds himself in after a journalist looks into the accidental death of his stepson.
God's Pocket also stars Christina Hendricks and John Turturro, and hits theaters May 9th.
