He's at it again.
Not content to bask in the success of Cronuts (which turn a year old tomorrow) and his Chocolate Chip Cookie Shots, Dominique Ansel has teased his latest creation: the Waffogato.
His newest dessert is vanilla ice cream in the shape of a waffle, accented by Belgian waffle bits and tapioca pearls. It's then doused with expresso—which includes Vermont maple syrup—causing it to melt into something that looks creamy and amazing.
The Waffogato will be available to the public on May 9, but he'll premiere it at the Taste of the Nation fundraiser tonight. He might have another hit on his hands.
