Stepehn Colbert stopped by The Tonight Show last night to promote his movie Peabody and Mr. Sherman, but he also took the time to play a game of Truth or Truth with Jimmy Fallon. Colbert is known for his truthiness, so he naturally questioned Fallon's inability to tell a lie.
