Authorities say four boys between the ages of 12 and 17 were shot in Brooklyn last night.

The New York Post reports that a 17-year-old, two 14-year-olds and a 12-year-old were shot in a Williamsburgh neighborhood around 7:30 p.m. The 12-year-old and one of the 14-year-olds were taken to Bellevue Hospital; the other 14-year-old and the 17-year-old victim were transported to Kings County Hospital. Though they arrived in critical condition, all are expected to survive.

Police say no arrests have been made, adding that the victims have not been cooperative with law enforcement. A police source told the Post that the investigation "could take a while," as a result.
