An ex-city transit employee who was caught with a considerable amount of cocaine grew violent when police tried to arrest him, authorities say.

According to the New York Daily News, police spotted a substance that appeared to be cocaine inside of Muck Mathurin's car in the Morrisania section of the Bronx on Saturday night. Mathurin, 41, reportedly began "flailing his arms" in an attempt to resist the arrest. It didn't work.

Mathuri, who was arrested for selling cocaine on the Lower East Side in August, was charged with drug possession, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
